1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the bd777 platform and the user ("you" or "member"). 2.3 Account Transfer

3 Age Verification and Identity

Members must be at least 21 years old to use any service on bd777. Anyone under 21 may not open an account or use the service.

bd777 may at any time request a government-issued ID (National ID card or passport), mobile number verification (OTP) or other documents for identity verification. If the requested documents are not provided within a reasonable time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bd777 is currently ৳300. Available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Only deposits from a mobile banking account registered in your own name will be accepted — payments from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made to the mobile banking account used for the deposit, which must be registered in the member's own name. Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

If an unusual withdrawal pattern is detected, bd777 reserves the right to put the process on hold until additional verification is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd777 offers various promotions and bonus offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are described in detail on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. After receiving the bonus, a wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal.

Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳3,000. Bonus wagering requirement: ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim a bonus offer only once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first
• If only bonus balance remains in the account during wagering and the minimum deposit amount is not reached, the bonus may be cancelled
• bd777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus
• If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts or unusual betting patterns, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled

5.3 VIP Cashback

bd777's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is based on total net losses: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% for Gold. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.

6 Game Rules

Each game or betting market on bd777 has its own rules, which are described in detail on that game's or market's page. The following rules generally apply to all games:

• Once confirmed, a bet or wager cannot be changed or cancelled; however, if cancelled by the platform, the stake will be returned
• If a technical error produces an abnormal or incorrect result, bd777 reserves the right to void that round or bet
• If a connection is lost during live casino or sports betting, the bet or game may continue — the result will be determined according to the record on the server
• Odds or game payouts may change at any time; for confirmed bets, the odds at the time of confirmation apply

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd777. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Any form of fraud, hacking or use of automated software on the platform
• Deliberately betting against yourself in order to meet bonus wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage)
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds on the platform
• Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in game software
• Colluding with or defrauding other members
• Spreading false information in bd777's name or attempting to damage the reputation of the company

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bd777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unusual activity
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Order from a court, government authority or regulatory body
• Self-exclusion activated at the member's own request

After account closure, bd777 will consider returning any valid balance (subject to bonus-related conditions being met). If closure is due to fraud or breach of terms, the entire balance may be forfeited.

You may also request account closure at any time through support. We are always available to assist with the self-exclusion feature as part of responsible gaming.

9 Limitation of Liability

bd777 is committed to providing the highest quality service, but the platform is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or problems with the user's device
• Problems arising from errors or delays by third-party payment service providers
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks or other unforeseeable events
• Loss resulting from the user's account credentials being accessed by another person

bd777's total liability for any single incident will be limited to the total amount deposited by that member in that month.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The platform keeps your information secure using SSL encryption and other technical measures. However, protecting your own device and account is equally important to ensuring complete security.

11 Changes and Updates to Terms

bd777 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
